Under the guidance and mentorship of his father, Shri Prakash C. Kanugo, Mr. Hemant P. Kanugo leads with vision, responsibility, and a strong sense of purpose. As the Managing Director, he oversees the complete management of both Prakash Steelage and Prakash Land Developers – ensuring smooth operations, fostering innovation, and driving long-term growth.
He is actively involved in managing all project requirements, including planning, approvals, construction progress, customer service, and most importantly, crafting and executing timely possession strategies. His leadership ensures that every project under the Prakash Group umbrella reflects the values of quality, trust, and timely delivery.
With a strategic mind and a hands-on approach, Mr. Hemant P. Kanugo harmonizes all departments – from sales and marketing to engineering and client relations. Working closely with his brothers, Mr. Kamal P. Kanugo and Mr. Kirti P. Kanugo, and backed by a committed team and partners, he drives forward a shared vision of excellence.

Mr. Johnathan Doe
Mr. Doe Jain is the founder and visionary behind the Jain Group. Started almost 38 years back, he laid the foundation of Jain Group when the Group owned mines of China Clay in eastern Rajasthan. The company further forayed into manufacturing and trading of China Clay and its products.
Mr. Ron Perman
Mr. Perman has done his graduation in commerce from Kolkata and studied contemporary Architecture and monument studies. Under his visionary leadership the Real Estate division of The Jain Group was christened as Dream Developers in the early years of 2000.
